So the time has come, I am finally starting our blog. I can't say that this will be the kind of blog you itch to read about, or find great inspiration or motivation from and I'm not one that is amazing with words. But I think it will be a great way for Ryan and I to remember some great times, and document them for you all to read.
So how about we meet RC. This is Ryan, many of you might know him from his infamous mustache. He defiantly is talented at growing facial hair. Ryan has a passion for mountain biking, snowboarding, and wood working. He is very talented and finds so much joy in being creative and working with his hands. He has a big heart and a great head on his shoulders. He is the kind of guy that knows something about almost everything, and is always willing to help others out. He values friendships and cherishes those that are close to him. He has great aspirations to do his own thing, he is in the process of making and selling handmade lamps, he does side jobs of consulting, does all the fulfillment for a snowboarding company Blank Snowboards, and is taking a new adventure with the Electric Run. This is me, Shae. I'm not very good at talking about myself, but I am interested in being creative. I have grown up loving painting, and the calmness it brings to me. I love paper crafting whether it is making cards or wrapping gifts anything paper is fun Ryan calls me "the paper queen." I love people and I have a deep sense of compassion for those around me. I don't have as many hobbies as Ryan, but with him I have grown to love rock climbing, we also bought single speed bikes while we were dating and there is nothing better than climbing a giant hill and then riding back down it, letting the wind pass quickly through your hair. Oh I love Bicycles. I asked Ryan a few things I should say about myself and he said this....
you are the most thoughtful person I have ever met. You can't say wreaths to save your life. You love when Hudson sleeps on your head. you love bread and peppermint ice cream. you tolerate my beards and mustaches. you are sweet to the core. you are great at planning parties and you are a true friend no matter what. you are the best wife a man could ever have.

We were married on Nov. 11 2010 It was such a beautiful day! I wouldn't change a single thing about it. I couldn't have imagined a better human to spend the rest of my existence with. Ryan is the love of my life and the best husband a girl could ask for. He is my best friend.
